How the property report is created

Four steps to the finished report

You identify the parcel first. Only then are sources read, findings assessed and the complete PDF edition prepared.

1. Find the property

Search an address or click the map. Coordinates work too.

2. Check the property

Where the Land service supplies a parcel outline, you check its location and identifier. In Bavaria you instead confirm the report point and the data gaps shown before ordering.

3. Request the report

Confirm the plot, enter your email and choose the report language.

4. Receive the result

The report is generated automatically and delivered as a private link and PDF.

What happens during the process

Address search uses Nominatim from the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Where parcel data is openly available, lookup uses the responsible official Land service. In Bavaria the report uses the confirmed point without an official parcel outline. Map tiles support orientation.

What the report shows

The report puts the parcel or report point, location, planning data, risk indicators and open checks in one place. Sources and data dates remain visible.

Limits

The report does not replace a land register extract, a building pre-application or a survey. Legal interpretation stays with your notary and specialists.

Delivery

One German or English edition costs EUR 29; both editions cost EUR 39. One report is ready in about ten minutes. The private link and ordered PDFs go to the email address you provide.
