Why this service exists
Property data often sits across several portals. GrundCheck turns available records into one readable first review.
A point-based report can be prepared in every federal state. Official parcel geometry is available in 15 federal states. Bavaria does not publish it openly, so that report remains point-based and the order page shows this and the other data gaps before purchase.
What the service is not
The report is not legal advice. It does not establish ownership or buildability. Use the responsible authorities and your specialists for the decision.
Who makes GrundCheck
GrundCheck is run by Kandyb Studio, the sole proprietorship of Paweł Kandybowicz in Warsaw. One operator is responsible for the software, map processing, editorial work and support. There is no call centre or sales department.
Contact and response times
Write to support@kandyb-studio.eu. We answer questions about an order, its scope or its invoice within two business days. If a paid report does not arrive or will not open, put "Delivery problem" and the report number in the subject line. We acknowledge those within one business day.
If delivery goes wrong
A paid order gets finished. We retry the build, repair technical problems and complete the edition ordered. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your remedies for defective digital content. While work continues, we tell you where it stands within one business day. Whatever a source cannot give us is printed as a gap and never dressed up as a clean finding. The details are in the Terms and the Withdrawal Policy.
