Withdrawal Policy
The statutory withdrawal right and when it ends for digital content.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded, which is the day on which you successfully complete payment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement by email to Kandyb Studio - Paweł Kandybowicz, ul. Żytnia 16 lok. 8, 01-014 Warszawa, Poland, support@kandyb-studio.eu. You do not have to use a form. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your statement. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Early loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content
The report is digital content created specifically for the property you identify. Your right of withdrawal expires when performance begins only if you have first expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that this causes you to lose your right of withdrawal, and received our contract confirmation on a durable medium. We obtain this consent separately in the order form and do not preselect it. We record it in the confirmation email. The legal bases are section 356(6), sentence 1, no. 2 and section 312f(3) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Your statutory rights if the digital service is defective remain unaffected.
Paid orders and technical delays
A paid order remains open until the ordered edition is available. We restart a failed build, correct technical errors and, where needed, finish the report by hand. If we cannot provide the ordered edition, your mandatory statutory remedies remain available. An unreadable public source is identified as a data gap and is not presented as a finding of no concern.

Email support@kandyb-studio.eu with your report number and a short description. We answer within two business days, and we acknowledge a delivery problem within one.
