What runs without your consent
Visit statistics are produced on our own server. Nothing is written to or read from your device for that: no cookie, no tracking pixel, no third-party service. Your browser's local storage keeps only the choice you made in the notice at the bottom of the page. It is the local-storage equivalent of a strictly necessary cookie, it holds no personal data, and it never leaves your browser. Nothing about it is sent to our server.
What loads only after your consent
If you press "Accept all" in the notice, we load two services from Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics and Google Ads. Both set cookies and send data to Google, including your IP address, and we use them to see which pages are read and which advert led to an order. Until you agree, the Google script is not loaded and your browser makes no connection to Google. The legal basis is your consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
If you choose "Essential only" the site keeps working in full. The only thing missing is our own measurement.
Withdrawing consent
Clear the site data for grund-check.de in your browser settings, usually under privacy or site data. The notice then appears again on your next visit and you can decide afresh; until then the Google script is no longer loaded. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not undo processing that has already happened.
Third-party content on the map
The map on the home page loads its tiles directly from Mapbox, Inc. (api.mapbox.com). Mapbox receives your IP address and your browser's technical details, because both are needed to deliver the map. Your browser loads the Leaflet library and all fonts only from grund-check.de. We use no other map provider. The privacy policy explains this in more detail.
Your rights towards Google
Google also processes this data in the United States, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google participates. You can exercise access, erasure and objection with us as well as with Google; our contact details are in the privacy policy.
