The guides are written by the GrundCheck editorial team. The service is operated by Kandyb Studio; the registered seat, tax numbers and contact details are in the imprint.
How a statement gets into a guide
Every figure, deadline and paragraph reference is researched twice, independently, before it appears on a page. Where the two results disagree, a third pass settles it against the statute itself.
If a statement cannot be traced to an official source, the field stays empty and the reason is given. A plausible number without a citation does not go on the page. With state law that occasionally means fifteen states have a value in the table and one has an explanation instead.
Sources
Legal and administrative claims are checked against the relevant statutes, official portals and publications from responsible authorities. Sources are linked as close as possible to the relevant passage. Professional chambers, associations, law firms and commercial legal databases do not count as sources here, even when they happen to be right.

Updates
New editions are checked after relevant statutory changes, official publications or reported errors. Each published edition carries publication and update dates.
Report an error
Send an unclear or outdated passage to support@kandyb-studio.eu. Include the exact passage, the affected region and a link to a stronger source where possible.
The guides provide general information, not individual legal advice. A concrete decision should be checked with the responsible authorities and qualified advisers.
Conservative disclaimer
This service provides an automated preflight only. It does not establish ownership, title, buildability, construction permissions or service connections.
